At WGRL, we understand that Human Resources involves much more than recruiting the right talents. In addition to working closely with clients to assess their hiring needs, we also have the capabilities to help with other elements of H.R. value chain. This includes executive coaching, Organizational Design and Review, Compensation Surveys, Senior Level Management Training, which would include: emotional intelligence, global mindfulness (Global mindset), and self-assessment tools to determine how likely they are to thrive in global roles. We also conduct training in conflict resolution, communication, team building, customer service and leadership, as well as other emerging trends vis-a-vis executive corporate vision and values, and work closely to analyze and define roles and responsibilities for the members of the client's management team.



While most firms treat management consulting and executive search as two separate disciplines, we see them as intrinsically interrelated. We have made it a point to excel in both, because our goal is not to sell you one or the other, but to use a combination of resources to maximize your capabilities and improve your business. This service would include the classic business and marketing plan development, organization design and benchmarking programs working for both buyers and sellers.
